Share Your Ideas

We are looking for unique and out-of-the-box thinking. We're looking to be surprised by that indefinable "magical" quality that makes a great idea jump off the page. We can see it coming to life right before our eyes and we see how it can be turned into a program that can excite and inspire others.

Potential programs and projects are chosen through a process, including interviewing with a Luminari board member regarding the offering to the group. While the program presenter (you) volunteer their work with the group, they receive the benefit of wide promotion related to Luminari projects, programs and events of which they are a part.

We invite individuals, organizations and companies to submit original ideas.

It takes infrastructure, expertise and community connections to bring them to life, and that's what Luminari provides.

Activities will serve both youth and adults alike.

Activities may take the form of a seminar or a camp or workshop—but we want to stress that there really aren't any boundaries to the kind of mind-broadening ideas we'll consider!

PROGRAMS

Luminari promotes and executes programs that are designed to teach, inspire and motivate. These programs are offered on a fee basis. Organizations and individuals who would like to promote or present at Luminari events may submit their ideas for a program.

Luminari reviews all program concepts and determines if the content and format is in line with Luminari's mission. If so, the potential program presenter (you) will be engaged to develop the program with Luminari.

Luminari support of programs may include event planning, location and promotion. The program will be promoted under the Luminari brand with its program presenters listed as such. Fees for the program will be collected by Luminari and used to defray event and marketing costs. Program presenters receive the benefit of association with Luminari as well as promotion and publicity related to the event.

PROJECTS

Luminari provides the infrastructure and exposure to projects and concepts that will help make these ideas grow and become a reality. Organizations and individuals who would like to promote or present at Luminari events may submit their ideas for a project. It is not the goal of Luminari to take ownership of projects. Projects become a collaborative effort under the Luminari brand. Individuals who use Luminari choose to bring their ideas to the organization because they need the infrastructure and support that Luminari offers, or because they lack some expertise to make their idea a reality.

Project outcomes may include potential income streams, products or services, or patented devices or processes. In these cases, Luminari will receive compensation at the time of transfer of the project from under the Luminari 501(c)(3) organization to another entity. This fee will be negotiated as part of the process of moving the project to the new entity. In addition, Luminari retains the right to promote our involvement in the development of the project and may cite the project outcomes as results gained using Luminari's offerings.
